We will be breaking down the functions and the Degrees of Freedom (DoF) available on each of our Motion Platforms. Which are all independent of each other, but can be used together in the following configurations:
Single Motion Plus Platform: Chassis 2 DOF
2 x Motion Plus Platform: Chassis 3-DOF
Motion Plus Platform + Motion Platform V3: Chassis 2 DOF & Seat 2 DOF (Combined 2 DOF)
2 x Motion Plus Platform + Motion Platform V3: Chassis 3 DOF & Seat 2 DOF (Combined 3 DOF)
Motion V3: This platform is essentially a Seat-Mover. It is capable of 2 DoF being Pitch & Roll. This platform is ideal for flight simulation as it provides greater Pitch and Roll deviations than a Motion Plus. 130 KG MAX PAYLOAD
Motion Plus: This platform is essentially a cockpit mover thanks to the added rocker bar assembly. It is capable of 2 DoF being Pitch and Roll, however, it is also capable of Partial Heave. With a dual Motion Plus setup you will be able to achieve Full Heave. 250 KG MAX PAYLOAD
